Dare to ask the opinions of your customers
I think that the majority of all companies do their best in making their customers as happy as possible. In the process of making the customer happy it requires a continuous communication where you as a company get the opportunity to learn quite a lot. It’s the users of your services and their needs that is going to develop your product. So make sure that you speak to them!
Sometimes it can be quite scary to ask a customer what they really think. The feeling reminds of the question: ”Do you love me?”, when asked to someone that you like. But it’s worth asking! You can follow some of the results in our own dialogues with users and customers in our infographic below.
