What challenges/problems did you have in your business that led you to start using aajoda as a testimonial tool?
We had problems with the ability to quickly publish news and reference objects with texts and pictures on our website. We have longed for a good way to get response from our customers. Surveys aren’t effective enough. Today we use WordPress and we know that there is a lot of different systems that allow own usage but we have had problems with managing it in an easy way. With aajoda it has become so much easier to start and get more active with news and references. Now its both simple and fast!

Was there any obstacles in the beginning of your try, and in that case, what were they and how did you come around them?
No. Both me and Fredrik that got presented to this were so convinced that there were no uncertainties. We were directly sure of that this was what we wanted. We saw the simpleness and smoothness of which you use aajoda. Even if we had pictures on different units, we could now publish from the mobile, iPad, computer or any other unit. We saw only possibilities.

Which benefits and specific results have you seen through implementing our solution?
I think, beyond the things I’ve already mentioned, that the ability to create a dialogue and get response from our customers is the most positive aspect. We have many other problems with getting answers from our surveys, emails drop into your inbox but you just don’t have the energy to answer. This is instead an exciting and new way to measure customer satisfaction. We also have expectations that this dialogue can spread offline. Today we see that our news and reference projects are well visited, even on detail view level.

I’m so impressed of the smoothness in the system. Whether I would like to add a new project, news or a testimonial I could manage this through hashtags and get it to were I would like to have it. To be able to choose to publish and work with a project in draft mode and later publish it visible on the website is great. Good support, we receive answers on all of our questions quickly.
